Michael earned a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Theatre & Speech Communication, with a concentration in Children’s Theatre, from Siena
Heights University. He is a former National Board Member and National Vice President of the National
Association of Dance and Affiliated Arts (NADAA). Has served as a Chapter Vice President of the CT Chapter and
judged several Dance Competitions around the East Coast as well as teaching Master Classes for NADAA Conventions and Workshops
in CT, NJ & WI.
Michael is currently the Director of Drama for Granby Memorial High School and most
recently directed and choreographed their production of Anything Goes. He also on the Board of Directors of West
Hartford Community Theater and directed their productions of The Music Man and Broadway Melodies – An Evening
of Broadway’s Best. Additional choreography credits include Carousel, Give My Regards to Broadway, The Pajama
Game, West Side Story and Guys & Dolls.
An avid performer, he has performed
locally with several Community Theatre groups. His favorite roles include Andy Lee in 42nd Street, The Purser in
Anything Goes, and Harry the Horse in Guys & Dolls.
